Dreams - Derby

We went to our local Dreams shop during the Black Friday sales as we saw a bed we really liked that was on offer. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the lovely Chelsea who pointed us in the direction of the bed we wanted. However, upon seeing it in person, we were not so keen on the bed we originally wanted. That's where Chelsea's expertise came in handy as she asked about our wishes and needs and recommended a couple of potential replacements. We loved one of her recommendations in particular and ended up buying it. Chelsea than proceeded to walk us through the sales in details and we were really satisfied with the service provided. We were also offered a duvet and and extended bed cover which we happily accepted. The extended bed cover was a particularly useful buy.
