Our advisor Nina, was exceptionally helpful, not at all pushy and provided us with refreshments.

The staff were extremely helpful, answered all our questions and helped us make an informed decision about which mattress to buy.

Nina at the Derby store on the meteor centre was very helpful. We went in the week before to have a look and went back when we knew she was working the following weekend to place the order.
