We didn’t feel pushed at any point, and felt fully comfortable testing the mattresses until we found what we were looking for. The assistant, Lucy, was very pleasant and happy to help, just wished she’d introduced herself so I could of asked for her by name as I only found this out when we were given the receipt. A really pleasant experience and I’d wouldn’t hesitate to go back! Thank you :)

Staff member; Austin was extremely helpful and listened to what we needed and took time showing us the different beds and mattresses which would be suitable for us. The staff members were also very kind to our children who were with us

I went into the Dreams store with the intention of pricing up a mattress for my son. Nina the sales assistant was so welcoming and proficient that I ended up buying two mattresses and all the extras. The Sleepmatch system really helped me to come to a quick decision

Chelsea the Lady that was dealing with my questions and queyras was very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to answer immediately I found it somewhat Reassuring We tried quite a lot of mattresses and she really helped me make the right decision she's asset to the companyThank you Chelsea for all your help

We were at the Derby Meteor centre store and we felt so welcome and everything was explained to such a high degree. We had the sleep test, Katy helped us with colour choice and we got to test lots of mattresses. When we opted for an ottoman bed Katy was very helpful with explaining how it worked. Katy, Lucy and Adam M were all so lovely and welcoming - would 100% recommend people to go to the store. Haven't had customer service like it in a long time!
