Greeted on the door, and helped immediately. Was offered a drink before carrying out sleep analysis and asked again before we sat down to complete the purchase. Was shown a variety of mattresses for my required needs and asked open questions on how they felt. Very friendly when putting the purchase through.

Lots of products to choose from. Very good prices, especially the ones on offer. Colleague was very helpful and gave lots of advice.

We didn’t feel pushed at any point, and felt fully comfortable testing the mattresses until we found what we were looking for. The assistant, Lucy, was very pleasant and happy to help, just wished she’d introduced herself so I could of asked for her by name as I only found this out when we were given the receipt. A really pleasant experience and I’d wouldn’t hesitate to go back! Thank you :)
