Dreams - Derby

There was a lovely lady called Nina at the Derby store who was incredibly helpful. She had good knowledge of all the products, offers and was listened to all our needs. Nina was also patient whilst we tried things out and she even encouraged us to try different pillows with the mattress we were interested in to get the full effect. With the current climate in the world Dreams also seemed very prepared, my partner and I felt safe within the store.

I had been looking at the beds online but wasn’t sure of the colour so went into the store as it re opened today. We were greeted by Adam who explained all about the new social distancing measures before he left us to look around. When we had found the base we wanted he put us on the sleepmatch machine and showed us a range of mattresses which matched then left us alone again to choose. Payment was quick and easy, delivery time good and Adam was great, he wasn’t pushy and didn’t hover around us, very knowledgeable and a really lovely man. Great shopping experience.
