The store assistance was very helpful n knowledgeable. Nothing was to much trouble . She was very professional but friendly and approachable with a warm smile. She made us feel very relaxed and explained everything as she went along. We were very impressed by her customer service

There was a lovely lady called Nina at the Derby store who was incredibly helpful. She had good knowledge of all the products, offers and was listened to all our needs. Nina was also patient whilst we tried things out and she even encouraged us to try different pillows with the mattress we were interested in to get the full effect. With the current climate in the world Dreams also seemed very prepared, my partner and I felt safe within the store.
