The staff were friendly and very patient. Nina gave us as much information that we needed to know about the beds, we were given disposal pillow cases to use and try the beds and she worked out our finance in the best way possible.

Me and my boyfriend have just reserved our first home and all this is new to us so having Adam S show us how things work and give the best advice was so helpful! We weren’t hounded by staff, they helped us where necessary and then let us have our space. Will definitely recommend.

The store assistance was very helpful n knowledgeable. Nothing was to much trouble . She was very professional but friendly and approachable with a warm smile. She made us feel very relaxed and explained everything as she went along. We were very impressed by her customer service
