Jo at the Derby Meteor Centre was really helpful. I spoke to her in store and then on the phone when I placed my order, which was quite large. She was patient, helpful and friendly. I appreciated this level of customer service as it is often lacking these days.

I was welcomed as I entered the shop and guided to the right bed I described. Everything was explained to me in a friendly manner, i get at ease at all times.

John was most helpful with his product knowledge. He was also able to meet my specific needs on delivery etc.

I was served by Chelsea, the friendliness, the knowledge, the time spent with me was exceptional. I only popped in to have a tentative look about before I was going to place an order somewhere online at a later date. I ended up spending nearly 2 grand! You have a member of staff that you need to give a massive pat on the back and never let her go. She's a top sales person without me ever feeling pushed into buying something.

Adam and Chelsea were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and information while we were looking in the store. They were also very patient and understanding of our needs.

Was welcomed on arrival, staff explained well on products. Even got offered tea & coffee!! Overall staff was very helpful 👍
