Greeted at the door straight away with a friendly smile from a young lady called Katy who explained the hygiene put in place. Whilst we was looking at a bed another assistant kindly let us know that the bed we was looking at just happened to be a discounted bed, she was bubbly even though she was serving another couple she quickly called for another assistant which happened to be Katy. We decided we liked the bed and went to pay, we got chatting to Katy and she explained it was her first day after being furloughed, I would never have guessed as she gave 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can honestly say she is a credit to your company.

Great service, extremely helpful and helped us determine what mattress was best for us and pointed out the most suitable within our price range. Which we then purchased!
