Adam then recommended we use the sleep analyser and explained the various combinations and options available. He then made everything clear step by step from base to mattress to duvets to pillows. He recommended we take a few empty pillow cases and try out the different mattresses and let him know when we were ready. After testing and making out final decision Adam went through the paperwork and helped us decide on the right pillows and duvets and explained all offers open to us. He also explained the extended guarantee/warranty. We accepted that as we thought it was excellent value for money. All the staff on that day were friendly and polite like Adam S.

We purchased a bed early last year from this Dreams store and we were very pleased with the service in the store, delivery and installation so as we needed a new mattress we decided to come back and see what you had.
