Welcoming, friendly staff. Explained what we wanted and Chelsea showed us a few mattresses. She then left is alone to consider our options. She wasn’t pushy at all. Gave us a few pillows to try and we ended up buying 2 new ones!

The shop was clean spacious and friendly. Assistant was very helpful and got us a agreeable delivery slot. Hand sanitisers were offered in every area.

The bed we wanted to look at before placing the order wasn't available at the store before it got broken before lockdown. So its not staff fault really but it's still inconvenient

I got welcomed when I first stepped in the door and the staff were very nice and friendly and made sure I got the right bed , thank you very much Nina for helping me to buy the bed I wanted
