I have been to similar places in the past and at month end have been put off by pressuring sales people, on our visit your staff members as not pushy at all, he gave really good sound advice for our sleep needs, he wasn’t pressuring to sell any of the items and made our whole experience very pleasurable and for this we would be recommending to my in laws who are looking for a new bed. I cannot thank your staff enough for their patience and help.

This was our second visit to dreams - the first was around November last year. Nina assisted us on our first visit by assessing our needs on the mattress selector. Upon our return some months later she remembered we had previously visited. She was very friendly, professional and accommodating - I prefer a medium mattress and my husband a more firm mattress - she gave us the best advice based on our sleeping positions which allowed us to select our purchase with some confidence. The 40 night exchange promise was also an important factor in our decision to purchase from Dreams as it gives us confidence we won't have wasted our money if the mattress doesn't meet our expectations of comfort. Unusually (for us) we also purchased the 'bed cover' insurance product which has given us the surety that the mattress will have longevity. The whole experience was very good and I'd highly recommend Nina and the Derby branch to anyone looking for friendly service and a good buying experience.
