Store felt safe with social distancing adhered to and yet still managed to be welcoming, the sleepmatch system was very useful. Although there were various options to choose from, everything was well explained. Pricing was made clear at the outset. It was good to be left to look round on our own and in our own time when we needed to, but everybody was friendly and approachable when we had questions. Good balance of no hard selling yet still the right amount of assistance provided when requested.

Adam was knowledgeable and very friendly. We quickly found the bed I wanted and ordered it.

Chelsea really understood what type of bed we needed and was really knowledgable about the different mattresses as well as the beds and frames. Their was no pressure to buy and we felt comfortable and trusting in dreams service.
