We visited the Derby store initially just to browse availability and prices for a new mattress. We were greeted by 'Nina' the sales assistant who was polite friendly and most importantly to us in no way 'pushy'. We tried the mattress fitting machine and were impressed with Nina's knowledge of the recommended products. I doubt we would have purchased a mattress on the day had it not been for Nina.

Knowledge of staff was very good. Beds were to a high standard and placing the order was efficient and easy.
