Staff were very approachable, gauging how much assistance was needed. Knowledgeable to make suitable recommendations for such an important item that we were after (mattress).

Adam S was our sales person today, he welcomed my husband and I as we walked into the shop and offered us any help if needed. Adam talked us through the lay out of the shop and advised us to use the sleep match which we did and found very helpful! He also talked us through the protective measures When using the pillow. Adam then offered us a drink and left us too it. We found the bed we wanted and Adam took us through the payment process which was smooth running.

Chelsea was very helpful and friendly, helped us to find the best suitable mattress for us and even though we couldn’t get the one we wanted delivered in time for us we still ended up with the very close fit for us.
