I already ordered two beds / wardrobes and drawers from you before. I am moving house and wanted some further matching drawer units and wardrobe. The items were not available on your website I called your Derby site and Chelsea was great. She took details of what I needed, promised me a call the following day and she did She explained that she could get the items I required Great service - Thank you

Lucy let us browse at our leisure and didn't try to pressure us into making a purchase. We were given our own pillows with protective covers and paper to lie on the beds to try the mattresses. There was no pressure from staff. They were there to offer assistance and guidance when we needed it.

Staff were very approachable, gauging how much assistance was needed. Knowledgeable to make suitable recommendations for such an important item that we were after (mattress).
