Chelsea was our saleswoman and she was brilliant, bubbly and fun. She took time to understand our requirements despite being alone in the store with other customers demanding her time But she made us feel that she was exclusively focused on us so we are highly satisfied

Staff were fantastic, great team. Was surprised at delivery, only having to wait a week, was expecting at least 8 or 9 weeks due to circumstances, so one happy wife. Felt very safe walking around the store, well done

I already ordered two beds / wardrobes and drawers from you before. I am moving house and wanted some further matching drawer units and wardrobe. The items were not available on your website I called your Derby site and Chelsea was great. She took details of what I needed, promised me a call the following day and she did She explained that she could get the items I required Great service - Thank you
