John the sales assistant couldn’t do enough for us was there when we wanted advice but left us to mull over what we wanted . Didn’t feel pressured just at ease and able to ask any questions and get any advice very very knowledgeable salesman !

Good an accurate information by the store assistant

This is my 1st time buying and everything was explained in good detail for me to understand. We tried many mattresses and a Was given plenty of time. Chelsea gave us her undivided attention and support us on out heath issues reccomending the correct product to support us. We were not rushed and was offered drinks through the process. She was able to accommodate our needs via delivery with giving extended advice. Lots of different products to try and she allowed us to take our time to decide. Often we enter such stores not really knowing exactly what we are seeking, Dreams listened to our needs and offered several alternatives and demonstrated the various options, made the product selection process seamless and a real stress free journey. We were offered additional products in support of our purchase including at a very reasonable cost the removal, disposal of our existing bed also offered other products but never felt pressured into purchasing. Finally we were advised that we would be notified concerning delivery schedule and that happened, huge thanks and our appreciation to all staff .
