Adam the assistant who helped me in purchasing my mattress was extremely helpful. Very kind, cheery and upbeat and made me laugh. I could not fault him. He was very knowledgable of every mattress as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. He went through every little detail and we eventually found what was rite for me. His customer service skills were just rite. He kept to Government guidelines regarding the Corona Virus ( social distancing ). I’m very satisfied with my mattress. Thankyou Adam for such a great service!

We were welcomed and assisted straight after entering the store. Saving our time we were asked if we specifically know what we're after. We were proposed to use the machine-bed to check which mattress fits us best, and given recommendations form. It clearly stated what our needs are and helped us towards choosing the right mattress for us. Our visit was made comfortable, and advisor took as much time and gave as much attention and information as we needed to finally make our decision.
