The member of staff (and another colleague) were friendly and helpful. She totally understood what I was looking for and showed me a range of products in my price range. Everything was explained and I felt I could make a decision easily. Great service, thanks

Great customer service. Staff helped but did not pressurise is to buy. They gave us plenty of time to decide on a purchase.
