The service that I received from Nina, she was amazing, she went out of her way to be supportive, she was so patient and helpful, I didn't feel rushed in any way and I felt really supported in buying a high quality product. I ended up buying a far more expensive mattress than I had intended to, but the machine that you have in store and the way Nina explained it to me, means I am really reassured that I have the best product for me. The store was really well set out, and all the staff were friendly and helpful, Nina was the one I had most to do with, she looked out for me and gave me time to look by myself, and came over as soon as I indicated I wanted more help. Being offered a cup of tea also added to my satisfaction, it was a really nice gesture. The initial person I had contact with was a younger gentleman, who was really polite and approachable and found out what I wanted and then arranged for Nina to speak to me. The service was really efficient and I didn't wait at all long.

I brought my 90-year-old mother to the Derby store for a new mattress. The sales assistant (Adam) was great in every way - professional, knowledgeable, super-helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Order placed there and then.

Adam was very thorough in his explanation of the products and then left us to wander the store to make our own minds up but kept checking we were okay and needed any assistance

Jo was very helpful and knowledgeable. We decided on the product we chose due to a limited budget and the discount which given in the sale.

Staff are very helpful

My Sleep Expert, Chelsea, was very knowledgeable and professional, but also very friendly and comfortable to talk to. She explained the process of the machinery that helps make the decision for the right bed, then talked me through the findings (after making me a coffee) before walking round showing me the beds suitable from the results. Overall I found the process comfortable (without the hard sell) and easy to follow. Many thanks to Chelsea!

The process was very easy and we were in and out in under 15 minutes.

We came out thinking we would shop around but Dreams was the first store we went into and there was no need to go any further. Chelsea is so knowledgeable and patient she made the whole process so easy for us and we learnt alot about beds allowing us to make an informed decision on what we should buy. The sleep match tech is also amazing I never realised there was so much science to buying a bed. It's also reassuring to know if we don't like our mattress we can swap it within 30 days.
