The woman who see ed me was extremely helpful and offered valuable insight on how to improve my sleep. I used the machine which she set up for me and it gave me a great insight as to which mattress to go for. When I couldn't find a frame in liked in store she helped me look online at your other options and gave me a good deal.

Time wasn't an issue we could spend as long as we wanted going from mattress to mattress and back again, until we were sure we made the right choice. There was never any pressure from the sales assistant, although she would offer any advice needed. Overall we both felt under no obligation to buy but were helped ine every way to make the right choice.

The colleague Lucy was amazing and explained all the details requested as necessary. She was friendly and extremely knowledgable. She really cared about getting us the right deal for us, would definately recommend Dreams based on Lucy's sale
