From the start I was given easy to understand information regarding the product concerned. At no time did I feel pressured to spend more than my budget. Delivery date is earlier than expected and I was fully informed of how I would be informed of a time frame. It's obvious that the store are taking the covid situation very seriously. I felt safe.

It was nice to look around on our own before I asked to see a sales assistant, he was very knowledgeable of the product he explained everthing to us we also went on the bed that tells u wots the best mattress To buy upon receiving all ur info etc, which we thought was brilliant, the gentleman was very good he did all the paper work etc, we was offered drinks why we was in the shop which I thought was a loverly gesture. Well done x I will definitely recommend dreams n I will also buy again from you without a shadow of a doubt. So a big well done dreams n also to the assistant who represents dreams ty kind regards MRS TERRI HARDY..

Adam was very knowledgeable of the products, explaining why each matteress would/wouldn't suit us and encouraging us to properly test them. He also got us to use the matteress adviser tool. Whilst proffesional, he was also friendly and we felt at ease but with clear understanding, when deciding which matteress was best.

Ellie, Dreams sales assistant did a great job, not pushy, just informative help!

It was very busy in the shop but someone was there to ask what we wanted after a few minutes, the first person who came to use gave us very good information about the bed we was looking at,his name is John then we was put with jo 228A026911.the details she gave us was brilliant, really looked after us and made it a pleasure being there.

Made it easy to order what we wanted / friendly polite staff who was willing to help also knocked a bit of the total price for ordering in store.

Your sleep expert Nina at Derby in the meteor centre, was brilliant very knowledgeable, patient, even offered us a drink and greeted us by name at the door. When we went into store had no idea what kind of bed we wanted, so was just looking. We was shown the sleepmatch and was amazed how clever that was, well done Dreams. Due to Nina we even made a purchase, if it had not been for the service and time she gave we would have probably would not have made the purchase we did. The checkout process was just as good, Nina even arranged disposal of our old bed at a good price. We have bedcover and assembly, and mattress cover, one came free but Nina showed us what was on show so we purchased another one. I did have a word with the manager before leaving the store, to say how impressed i was with the service Nina gave her. A refreshing change to see such excellent customer service, which today is hard to find. Well done Nina
