Nina provided excellent customer service. She was able to discuss the beds we were looking for and helped to point us to the correct type of bed we were looking for.

Visited store twice and met by the same level of welcoming, knowledge and helpfulness both times.

Jo was fantastic at the derby store, we'd been in several shops before and nothing quite fit the bill. After speaking with Jo she got us and showed our options. Was very patient with us with all our questions and was friendly and polite :)

John was very helpful, explaining everything properly which we could understand Highly impressed with the dreams experience

The salesperson who helped me in store was Nina, she was fantastic, very polite and professional. She ensured that I was able to test the bed that I had come into store to buy, but also made sure that I had checked other options available. Very impressed with her service and the cleanliness of the store, the staff were cleaning surface where-ever I looked. very impressed.

John was extremely knowledgeable friendly and polite. The store was clean and Covid protection measures were in place.

We where made to feel welcome from the get go and I enjoyed the bed that measured your needs.

The help we needed to choose the right bed was excellent and the salesman was very knowledgeable

Store was very well laid out, and clean,staff very attentive and knowledgable without being intrusive.. Was helped by John at Derby store,who was very helpful and friendly in our decision which bed to purchase..

There was no fuss, the assistant Jo was very helpful, guided us to what we were looking for and gave us time to look over the products. No pressure sales.
