The customer services was as excellent as i like from one of your staff his name is ( Bekele ) and with the offer for the price i bought my items was ok, especially with the time I was given to pay for the purchases made me cannot wait to place an order, so I can manage to pay for them without any problems. Looking forward to receiving my items, and i hope I will be very satisfied and call your store again.

Mr Bekele, The Sales advisor on the day was very patient and helpful in giving us advise on the type of bed and mattress we should buy. He gave us all the information we needed about the product. I have recommended the Edmonton Dreams Store to a lot of my friends and family to buy pillow, mattresses and beds. I look forward to doing some more purchases from Dreams.

I was not satisfied because the mattress I wanted to purchase was not available to try in store. The gentleman did somewhat of a good job trying to explain what the springs are like in my chosen mattress which I did appreciate but at the end he showed me a picture on the dreams website which i already saw at home...it was more about laying on the mattress and having a feel that was more important. The delivery date was quite a long way away into the new year. I was hoping to receive my delivery before the new year as said on your website (pre Xmas delivery) but unfortunately I was informed over the phone that the items I chose were in the process of getting made and would take till January. It's disappointing that it takes so long but I'm still excited to receive my new bed. Thank you for offering me this survey.

My delivery date changed twice leaving me with no bed to sleep on for two weeks after moving into a new property with wife and child.

The service from both members of staff whom attended to me on shift were perfect. Two males. However, I was not happy with the fact that the delivery schedule was not flexible at all as I wanted the bed to be delivered as a surprise for someone and am now having to work my way around that. The payment options are absolutely ridiculous. I wasn't able to do a payment plan due to the computer giving a low credit rating when in actual fact I went home after that and checked my credit rating and it turns out they actually had quite a few details wrong in which I had to contact them to have it corrected. So due to this error on their part the only option I have is to pay Dreams in full 5days before my bed is delivered which in fact is just ridiculous and has really shadowed my views on the company. Service from the staff was indeed great and they made it a well received visit so I thank them for that. In future there customer service skills would be the only reason I return to be a client in dreams.

Zephaniah - store manager insisted I needed to pay 39.99 delivery cost for my order to be delivered to my door upon looking at your website I saw this should be free. Ripped off by 39.99
