Good service

I have had a good service with him every time when I need some things about any things Thnak you

Because the staff on the duty that day was helpful, and also i got what i was expected

A respectful service provided and to the point. Staff were helpful, even tea/coffee were offered, it was wonderful experience as it was my first visit of Dreams.

Hi Dreams Beds. On Saturday, we went to your store in Edmonton Green and was served by a lovely man called Bekele. I haven’t been given a feedback form for him yet so I thought i would send you some feed back here. He was a lovely helpful man who made everything clear and helped us find the perfect mattress for us. He also kept our little 2 year old girl entertained by giving her some books as she was getting very frustrated waiting for us to test out the mattresses. I can’t remember the last time we received such wonderful service from someone like Bekele. He is an amazing man very very helpful I cannot praise him enough. Please send this feedback to management / head office so they can feedback to Bekele and praise him for his amazing customer service. Thank you Dreams Beds 🥰🥰

1) We were able to tests several beds, advised to us by first using the bed/ sleep analysing machine. 2) We are moving house so one really important point was the ability to move the delivery date if there is a delay in buying our house. 3) I feel like we were really taken care of by the staff member who helped us. He was not over attentive but we didn't have to look far for him to meet our eyes and then come over to help us; once we had finished testing out beds.

I liked the setup in the store, the testing for the right mattress, whether it works or not.

Berkeley very friendly & helpful - also other colleague in store (sorry no name) explained differences in each mattress looked at - store very clean not sure what covid rules are in store but what did see happening was organised & well thought out. Given good choice of delivery dates & explanation of what happens. Only negative was want to charge for disposing of my old mattress which I declined (cheaper to get local authority to collect) but obviously this is a Company decision & not salesman.

He was so friendly and helpful. And the everything in store is high quality

Wendy ( I hope I got the name right) was lovely we started by using the fancy bed thing to assess the type of mattress I needed and she asked my budget. We tested some beds and found the perfect mattress for me. Which by the way I love. I’m happy I took the time to go into a store to find what I needed than to blind buy online
