because of the price of the bed

Delivery will take longer than I would have liked.

I was satisfied

Being satisfied in my evaluation is good, the question asked for my opinion and that's how I felt. The store could do with better lighting.

I was mostly highly satisfied, the delivery date was later than I hoped.

The shop I went to only had a certain amount of beds in the shop. I saw a bed online but I wanted to see it in the shop but unfortunately it was not available in store. The assistant located the bed I wanted on line for me. It was similar to one you had in stores but it was cheaper!!!!!

The quality of the product is good nevertheless I thought it should have been a bit cheaper still.

Fine what I wanted with the help of the staff

I wanted an ottoman base for the King size bed and sliding doors for the double, with a certain material finish. On placing the order I establish that the ottoman base would cost more than first quoted, also a price difference in the number of drawers. The material originally chosen for the finish could not be had. Despite the above, the staff were courteous and apologetic in their delivery of the news.

I was not highly satisfied because of the overall price of the items I purchased appeared to be a bit too expensive compare to its quality. Especially the wooden base of the bed I purchased did not appeared to be not be strong enough and it design could well be improved to better standard.
