Dreams - Edmonton

I was assisted by a lovely man, Eugene, in the Edmonton Green branch of Dreams. He gave me information on the product and explained all of the guarantee details and my rights if I was not happy once the mattress had been delivered. Eugene was a very natural salesman and not at all pushy at selling me things I was not interested in. He was quick and did his best to get the delivery date I wanted. A pleasurable service. Thank you.

I was highly satisfied because I instantly saw what I wanted, and whilst I was contemplating the price Mr. Bekele came over and ask if he could be of assistance. Obviously I wanted to make a one off payment but it was a big chunk out of my wages. So Mr. Bekele invited me to come to his desk for a chat. I was impress by his service towards me. He showed me options and I chose what was best for me. His knowledge of the product was good. I even receive a free mattress protector.. Wow, how good can this get.. I'm satisfied with the service and will visit Dreams again.

Eugene was very helpful , funny and made me and my mum a nice tea. He has amazing product knowledge and was patient with us through out.i have been in previously to see Berkeley who is also helpful .

The service of the Salesman (Eugine) was excellent. The item I was looking for was no longer out on display but as soon as I described the matress he knew exactly the item I wanted & offered to go and get the matress for me to test from out the back. I purchased the matress at a discounted sale price & would have marked the product for cost as Highly Satisfied but only clicked satisfied as I based my feedback on the pre sale price. The only reason I didn't select Highly Satisfied for the product was when out of the packaging it had a very strong smell & took a couple of days for it to fade.

I was greeted as I came into the store and was asked if there if there was a specific bed I wanted. After I had given requirements the sales lady - Eugene showed me which beds was in my budget and she was very knowledgeable and answer all my questions. While I was shown around I was offered and a hot drink which was brought to me by the other salesman - Shifra which I enjoyed. Over all I didn't feel pressured to buy the bed which is very refreshing. Thank you.
