The sales assistant that attended to us, Levent Ozogul was very friendly, took time to show us the different types of mattresses we were looking for. He was very good at his job.

I was highly satisfied due to the ease with which the whole process was handled from start to finish. Levent helped me out a lot, and was very helpful and professional.

The man who served me was very helpful and as I was after buying a mattress showed me several different ones to try out and with several different prices

We went to Dreams first, then Furniture Village (4-6weeks delivery) then Benson for Beds but the delivery was (28 days) so I came back to you guys where the delivery time was the best. Eugene was particularly helpful; product knowledge good and stayed after time to make sure the sale went through.

Wasn't pressured into buying anything, was allowed to take my time deciding. Questions were answered in a friendly manner.

First I would like to complement one of your employees Mr Eugene Adjei for the excellent service at Edmonton green store while I was purchasing my matress. He explained to me about the matress, giving me the advantages of the different types. This helped me to choose my desired matrees. My experience with dreams was excellent. I will defiantly come back for more purchases in the future and I will recommend my friends to visit dream store.

Just simple and straighforward

We were greeted politely on arrival at the branch...the asistant named Bekele was very efficient and knowledgeable and took time to understand our needs and exactly what we were looking for. we had our 2 year old with us who was becoming a bit restless however he was ever so kind to offer him a lollipop which kept him occupied whilst we were making decisions. we were also offered tea or coffee and was made to feel very welcome. He gave us clear descriptions and options and was a great help in deciding what to purchase and handled the purchase very efficiently...we must say that he is a credit to the company.
