The assistant was very friendly and approachable, he asked me if I wanted tea or coffee which was very kind of him. He made everything simple and clear to me. I also added disposal to my service which was very useful for my need as I wanted to get rid of my old mattress.

The staff attended to my needs and given me the best option in regards to the best support mattress as I suffer fr back problems . All in all wry happy with my bed that is coming and happy with the service provided .

The person who served me was very knowledgeable with the products which I was interesting in. He was very friendly, and made me feel very secure in placing my order. He demonstrates high level of people and customer service skills very friendly offering us a drink and explaining everything we had ordered before payment ensuring g we were happy with the products answer asking if he could be of any other help to us. Explained in details what I should do if I had to change my order and the time and dates I should do so. Overall I was very impress with Levent efficiency and willingness. And the factthathewas wearing a name badge.

I was visiting Edmonton's Dream store with my mother who has both physical and cognitive disabilities. On arrival my mother was greeted with a smile by a staff member who introduced himself as Eugene. I was initially unsure if Eugene would understand my mothers situation and need however he listened to my mum and was patient as she communicated what she was looking for and her health teams concerns. I personally was put at ease with how he gave my mum his full attention actively listening by nodding his head, maintaining eye contact and asking at the right times question to see if he understood. He also offered us refreshments and advised mum to try a massage in the on site massage chair. In the end we were humbly advised that we didn't need a mattress! this initially took me by surprise. Eugene had given us his honest professional advice rather than coercing us to make an unnessary expensive purchase on a mattress. In the end we purchased a thempurr pillow as mum suffers quite badly from hot flashes. Eugene ensured we were making an informed decision and wanted to help mum test using it prior. I would like to end extending a thank you to Eugene. You made us feel valued.
