i was highly satistfied , becasue of my experience, the online booking appointment work so well for myself and my friend. as soon as we got there we were given a lovely coffee to warm us up after walking through the cold weather. initially i was looking for a bed within the range of £500 but when BEKELE took me to some sessions i was marveled at the bed tenderness and softness of the comfort of the bed after lying on them. he showed me the beds which were on sales, but i couldn't took my eyes off the bed i laid on. bekele was a gentle, caring, kind, and very polite in delivering my order and understanding my request. when i think about my job as one of the hospital staff that does 12 hours shift and spending quality time with patient, i said to myself i need a dream bed that will send me to a wonder land after an hectic day at work. The delivery guy were on time, polite and gentle. and since when my bed came oh Lord Jesus!!! i always look forward to my bed after a long day at work.

Levent was the xceptional. His knowledge was good & he really made the experience pleasurable. He sang too pushy but was there to help whenever we needed
