Clear, tidy and well laid out store. Bekele was very knowledgable about comfort vs number of pocket springs etc. He happily showed us the difference between them so we could make an informed choice.

Buying a new bed for myself and my two children can be a little nerve racking as you just want to get it right, Gideon put me at ease from the very start. He listened to what I was interested in and worked effortlessly to get us what we needed. More importantly was his patience, I truly felt heard and supported all through the process to ensure I was a very happy customer. I would like to thank Gideon for his excellent customer service throughout, as the whole process of purchasing our beds was painless. Our service assistant Gideon was extremely attentive and understanding of what I wanted and even suggested what I might need on finding out how long I have had my mattress, pillows and frame. He made sure to offer every extra I could ask for but wasn’t too pushy when denied for some. He treated me and my mother with respect and it felt like he cared about my sleeping needs. Very very good customer service.

I went to the Edmonton store in North London. I spoke to Eugene who was friendly, helpful and was actually fun to speak to whilst explaining to us about the product I brought as well as other products we were considering. Great personality
