Very quick and very friendly

Amanda the sales representative instantly greeted me. She asked me how she could help with a big smile and listened to my list of requests. She was very honest and helpful and showed me two mattresses which fitted my needs exactly and I picked the most comfortable one which matched my price range. She was very thorough and organised and I managed to purchase my mattress and divan in 35 minutes.

Good quality products

I went with my mother to buy her a new bed for her new flat. The sales assistant was with us to enquire if we needed any help and looked after what was wanted from start to finish. My mother purchased a bed (divan and mattress), headboard, sheets, duvet and pillowcases. Everything was fine with the exception of the size of the bedsheet. The bed being a small double, the sheet size offered was a double. Slightly larger, but no great inconvenience. Very friendly and helpful.

I was highly satisfied because the advisor that dealt with me was very kind and patient. He understood what I needed and was able to point me in the right direction by showing me the right product I needed. Also while I was waiting to purchase my item he offered me a cup of tea which really relaxed me and put me at ease. This was one of my best purchases ever.
