Amanda was great and so is the bed

I felt that Bekele was very knowledgeable and took the time to try and help us with what we were looking for. He didn't try and steer us to one particular product and showed us a range of different mattresses at different prices. No hard sell which is important for me.

Once again as soon as I entered the store, I’m greeted by friendly staff, which on this occasion was a lovely young man whom I didn’t get his name. During my visit today I was offered refreshments, support and guidance based on my needs. Everything is clearly explained, there is absolutely no pressure and it’s a very relaxed atmosphere. I absolutely love the team, which is Amanda, Bekele and the young man. Big thank you again to the young man for greeting me and asking me if I needed any help. Amanda you’re a star, Bekele such a gentleman. Thank you all. My mum totally agrees also.

Technology at the store was very helpful when helping me select the bed I was Interested in. Support staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

The sales assistant Amanda was fantastic. Great knowledge about products, extremely helpful in getting the right product for us and generally very friendly and approachable in how she comes across to the customer.

The assistant in the shop was very patient with us we had so many questions and needed to know which bed was suited to us mr Bekele was there to answer all our questions very polite and understanding person

Amanda and Bekele provided exceptional service and had great peoducy knowledge. Amanda also showed us the new bed match service which was great and a genious idea. We came last minute to the store and both were extremely accommodating and kept the store open for us to help us find what we need and did not rush us at all. On the day I placed order I arrived after the shop was closed. I was just doing window shopping. But when this amazing and very friendly person open the door for me by asking if I need help I just replied to him I came all the way from Angel to place order but the shop is close Gideon was very positive easily he asked me if you know what you want come inside we can still make the order for you😀 I was so happy he helped me to place the orders he advised me, shared all his knowledge towards all my questions even more he treated me as very special shopper after the shop closing time. Gedion give me outstanding customer service. Thank you for all your 100% highly satisfied customer service I really appreciate thank you again Gedion🤗

The colleague who helped us (Amanda) was very lovely and extremely helpful. She helped us find what we were looking for.

The staff especially Bekele who served us was remarkably polite and efficient, couldn’t have wish to be served by anyone else. He was patient and listened to our thoughts and needs. The other assistant was also ever so lovely. Would definitely go back.
