Staff member, Eugene at the Edmonton Green branch, could not have been more helpful. He was very patient with us, showing us various beds and mattresses. Attended to our comfort. He was so good that, although we only went in to browse, we ended up buying the bed and mattress just as a rest if his faultless service.

Amanda couldn’t have been more helpful. She wasn’t at all pushy but was there from the time we entered the store until we’d bought our mattress. And then Eugene carried it to the car with a smile. It was a great experience and Dreams Edmonton should be very proud of these two staff members.

I was assisted by Eugene and Gideon in Edmonton green branch. They were both very helpful and friendly which made the experience of choosing the appropriate bed less daunting.

From the moment I walked into the store to the moment I left Eugene was outstanding his friendly manner and product knowledge were second to none. He took his time explained each product but most importantly he made you feel so welcome like I'd gone to see someone I'd known for ages. Perfect.

The customer service provided in the Edmonton Green tote by Gideon was superb! He took time to understand what I was looking for and helped me narrow down the endless options to my final choice. As a first time bed buyer it made a fairly daunting task, stress-free. With my mum and sister accompanying me, they too were well looked after. Thank you

I was impressed with the bed matcher device at the store. The colleague who served me has lots of patience and made me feel comfortable to take as much time as i needed to make a decision. The colleague showed me all the recommended mattresses and also showed me some more she thought i would like by asking me some more questions. The store was big and there was plenty of beds for me to try.
