The sales assistant - Gideon was very patient with me and supportive in my choice of product. I did not intend to buy anything on the day but because of his patience and advice i was able to make up my mind to make a purchase on the spot instead of leaving it to another day. Gideon, though young in age, but very confident and knowledgeable about the product. He was very helpful overall.

I should've done this ages ago I had a wonderful sales assistant that offered us all hot drinks or cold She knew what I wanted and was friendly open and such a cool woman didn't waste my time with showing me beds that I didn't care to buy and was treating me how I wanted to be treated Thanks Amanda!

I received a good advice to the staff and he helped me a lot to understand and to make a decision about my item. Mr Bekele is fantastic, he is one of the Dreams colleague’s I never met. He knows his job and I think he is one of the staff the Dreams company need. Thanks

The lady Amanda was so welcoming and pleasant that the whole time I was there, I was feeling so comfortable and she is so patient and friendly. It was all smiles throughout and very professional. Amanda made the lady I escorted to purchase the furniture so comfortable. I bet anyone will not leave the shop without buying something because she is a sweet lady, very helpful and pleasant to be around her.

The Manager served us , he was excellent, he totally knew all the product range and was very friendly and helpful.

The order will one month to be delivered. I would consider placing an order elsewhere, if I can get the mattress sooner within a couple of weeks.

We were seen very promptly the assistant was very knowledgeable polite and even made us beverages of our choice which in me view is down as going the extra mile everything was expertly explained to us we left the store totally satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend friends and family thank you so much
