I was extremely pleased with my experience at dreams because as a first time bed buyer, I had no prior knowledge and asked a lot of questions. The staff however, with the name Gideon was welcoming, experienced and product knowledgeable .He was also very patient assisting me with all my questions and helped me in making the decision of what to suit my needs.

The staff who served me has high persuasion skill. He also ensured that I understood what I was buying which I believe it is good and valued for what I have paid though I haven't received it. Based on my previous purchases I trust it's a good product I was fully satisfied

I was welcomed nicely to the store from the start and was given all the necessary product information.this made it so easier for me to choose the right product for myself.being a manager from another retail store, i was really impressed with the excellent customer service and i have actually taken a few customer service tips from the store to pass on to my staffs.

From the moment we entered the store we were approached by a salesperson named Betele he was very pleasant. We explained what type of bed we required and he showed us around giving us a variety of beds to look at. Highly satisfied with his service he was polite and friendly and made our shopping experience more enjoyable. The store itself has a wide variety of beds and easy to look around. I would highly recommend this store and would like to thank Betele for all his help.

I went into dreams just to browse and not to shop but the friendliness and patience of the sales assistant made me bought the bed. He has knowledge of his goods and he helped me to decide what to choose.

The reason being is because the customer service and service given to me was amazing. The person at dreams knew what he was doing and was willing the help his customer with fulfilling their needs. My overall needs were met and came home to a brand new amazing mattress.
