With the results it generated, Gideon showed us the beds that best suits my Dad. He did not push for the most expensive option and asked my Dad to try more beds just to be sure that we find the right bed. We found a bed that my Dad felt no pain on. Which we never thought could happen. Definitely recommend booking an appointment. The store was kept clean and there was only one other customer group allowed in the store at the same time. Everything was cleaned regularly during our visit. Highly satisfied with the customer service received.
