The lady who served me was a representative of Edmonton Community. She instantly understood my needs and gave me options and I made the decision. She was polite and had good communication skills. At the end of the transactions, after she had given me the receipts she asked me if I wanted a cup of coffee. This was a good gesture.

Throughout the whole time I was there your colleague (guney) was there and answered all the questions we had. He was very helpful and we got the right bed that we need with the help he gave. We were given Coffee and water which we found very nice, warm and welcoming. He was kind, approachable, respectful, patient and came up with other solutions when my daughter didn’t like another bed. We found the right mattress bed etc and we will definitely be coming again for myself and my son. I will definitely bring someone else along with me and tell others on how good it is. We had a amazing time at dreams Thank you.

The staff were friendly, and made me a nice cup of tea when I was placing the order. The sales assistant helped me snooze the right bed for my needs, not just the most expensive bed available. The whole experience was quick and efficient!
