Upon entering the store, I was offered hand sanitiser and offered help. Bekele showed many different options and assessed my ideal mattress using the testing machine. He thoroughly explained the differences between the different bed types and I was able to choose one that best suited my requirements. The same was the case for the mattress. Different payment options were discussed as well as the option for removal and cover. He was very helpful and I have already recommended the store to a family member.
