The colleagues were really kind and helpful, they gave us great advice, you could see that they knew their products and they were very nice and understanding with our children 😊 The COVID measures were respected at all times. Very nice shopping experience.

Amazing customer service! It couldn't have been better. Great staff, store was organised, coffee was good and sales support was wonderful. Even though shop was busy they didn't rush to get you out, which is remarkable after being closed for so long. Go and look for Mandy, she is simply amazing (I'm sure the others are too)

I went in the Edmonton Green store to buy a mattress. The advisor was Mandy, who were very kind and professional. She listened to me and helped me to choose the right mattress. She is very nice, polite and professional. She went out of her way to help me to choose.

Both assistants friendly, knowledgeable and told me about the finance deal made it all possible pay within 9 months no interest that’s what clinched it.

The two gentlemen i met them in the store where really friendly and fantastic. They really have knowledge about all the beds in the store, your weight and the specific type of bed that will suit you.
