Sean, the person who helped us, was genuinely very helpful. Though not at all pushy, he explained things well and got us a cuppa at the appropriate point. Our only problem was the very high cost of the associated headboard. In the end we bought the headboard with the bed rather than faff around looking at other stores for a separate headboard. It was touch and go though

It is the first time ive actually brought a bed so i wasnt sure what i was doing but your staff were extremly friendly allowing me to find the frame of my choice before testing alot of matresses to find the right one for me. They were patient and cared about my decision.
