We were able to buy replacement mattresses for our bed without any problems. The only slight downer was that the mattresses we wanted were not on show so we are buying on the recommendation of the salesman that the ones we are buying are the equivalent to our old ones. The 40 night guarantee is the backstop to this order should they prove not to be as stated but the salesman was very helpful and we were very satisfied with our original purchase 8 years ago and the service of Dreams then so we do not anticipate any problems with this order when delivered

Staff member (Colin) was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. He provided good information then left us to look around further before checking back in with us so we didn't feel under any pressure.

Was introduced to a sales rep called Collin, there was no pressure what so ever, he was friendly and very helpful, he done me a great deal which I was very pleased about. Process was very simple and well explained. Will definitely be going back in the future.

On entering your shop went up to the only assistance working ask him for what we required. He introduce himself (Sean) took us to the bed he had on show which we actually bought . Sean just answered all our questions no hesitation did bombard us with any sales patter which gets my vote every time. He left us to think about things while he went to serve some other customers as he was on his own. The showroom was not untidy but sparse due to moving. Good experience.
