we were told exactly which mattresses were which and shown and told all about them, we could try any of the beds and were not in any way pressurised or rushed, really excellent friendly service.

We were greated by Lois on arrival to the norwich store. Lois was very friendly and had a nice way with people, not pushy. Helped us with our enquiry and even though we left way past closing time (measuring up) you wouldn't have known it. Second visit we knew the product we wanted wouldn't fit and give us all the storage required but came for one last look and check options. Found another product we liked and measured up again, although Lois not in that day staff still very helpful and patient with us, we went home to review options. Sunday greated by Lois on arrival, again not pushy, friendly banter how can she help. made the purchase being as simple as possible with Lois remembering a lot of our details that gave a personal touch. We were assured by the product quality, what would happen next, delivery time all expectations clearly explained and no pressure. Really lovely store and nice people working there.

The sales assistant Colin was very helpful, new his stuff yet wasn't pushy.

The gentleman who helped us was extremely friendly and gave us all of the information we needed and was not pushy in any way, he made the process easy and enjoyable.
