We came in looking for a nice new bed frame and mattress. We were welcomed in, in a friendly manner and began looking. However we felt very very rushed and pressured into choosing and picking what we'd like quickly, even though we were the only 2 in the whole store and had all the time in the world! We were thinking about going to 'bensons for beds' which is next door. I wont be recommending anyone to shop with dreams, certainly not this one.

I asked for the Melbourne wardrobe in white with a mirror door but was advised that the end panels were not available in white and I would have to have the end panels in "Oak", which I reluctantly accepted. On checking my order form afterwards I noticed I had "1 Oak & 1 white door". When I called this morning to query this as I had asked for white and mirror in store I was told this wasn't possible, but "Colin" my salesman would call me back to discuss. I have not received any call back today and feel I have been miss sold a product I do not want.

The gentlemen that served us were very knowledgable but not arrogant with it. They let us take our time and served us with helpful hints and patients. Even offering us a cup of coffee. The only suggestion I have is for you to produce a small range of longer beds and matressess for taller people, as we were unable to acquire a bed long enough for my 6'8" son, and as normal he has to have make do.
