Because I have nothing to compare it with - and it's difficult to be more positive until I've used the product at home

I did my research via the Internet and was a little put out that if I had ordered from there I wouldn't have had to pay any delivery but because I ordered instore I was charged delivery - £19 for knock and drop.

Everything was adequate and what I would expect. I wasnt highly satisfied because we had a long wait beofre we were seen to and there wasnt any customer service above and beyond what I would normally expect.

The item I purchased was not a stock item, therefore I had to pay a delivery charge to have it delivered to my home. I wanted to have the item delivered to the store so that I could then pick it up thus avoiding the delivery charge, I was informed that this would not be possible. Delivery should be optional, not compulsory.

My first vist to Dreams was really informative and gave me a range of possible matress options. Price was affordable and will be a good purchase. I was expecting the matress to be delivered the next week but will have to wait 3 weeks so be prepared to wait. The staff were very informative and usefull.

Would have preferred a shorter delivery date

Good service and assistance, however product yet to be received, so unable to comment.

Staff very friendly and informative, sale was not pushy, experience was pleasent.

Only because the store was being revamped and they didn't have all the furniture available to look at

Delivery was not available on the date that I needed the bed
