In general it was good, however when the delivery was made even though I had paid for the old bed to be taken away part of it was left in the house so I ended up disposing of it myself.

I was greeted and spoken to by a man who explained he was still training he was very very helpful and I couldn't have asked for more my only issue was when he asked for help from other members of staff they seemed a little off with him and made me feel uneasy, I hope he does receive the right support to help him with his training, again I would like to state the man who sold me the item and placed my order was excellent and very very helpful.

Overall satisfied, although spending this amount of money, not too happy with having to pay £38 approx. to get rid of old Mattress.

We were very satisfied, the only reason I would not give top marks is because we had already seen a deal online which was not advertised in the store...we were hoping to buy as this deal had got our attention. We had to tell one of the staff members who checked and said we were right, he was very apologetic and more than happy to help us! I guess we may not have brought that bed if we had not been aware of the free smart tv upgrade and that would have been a shame :)

Product variety lacked. Music played was so loud that we couldn't hear the staff assisting us.

Was a swift purchase of a mattress for a holiday let we own so we only needed a very quick decision and sale

Highly satisfied would imply that there is no need for improvement and I believe that it is always a possibility to do better.

I felt the delivery and the disposal charges were very high and out of step with other retailers the reason we did but was because a floor model was available.I still don't understand why a floor model cannot be purchased vat free for a person with a disability, maybe you can explain?

I was satisfied with my visit and found nothing to complain about. However, "Highly satisfied" is not a term I would apply to a shopping experience.
