When in shop felt no pressure to buy. Explained we were going to look in another store and assistant did not pressure us to stay, in fact said to go and try the other store but come back and he would help if we found something cheaper.

It was a normal shopping experience, we went in & browsed first, we were asked if we needed assistance but were satisfied just looking. We went to other stores to compare products/prices etc & returned to Dreams to have a closer look at one particular bed & mattress combination that we bought. The staff were attentive & friendly, they were re-arranging the store on both occasions & gave us sufficient attention to let us know if we needed anything just ask. They returned to their tasks but came over when beckoned & it was what I would expect from a shopping trip from employees just going about their job.

we were told in the 1st. instance that we would be able to claim the the VAT off the product as we were blue badge holders. this turned out not to be the case although the staff continued to search their computers for too long. not criticising the staff we were given coffee, but in-all, the experience was much to long. in store for 2 hours.in short, the staff should know what offers are available to what products before suggesting i.e. vat refunds.

in store we could not get a competitive quote so they put us in touch with the contracts dept would gave a very good price . However the confirming email was not sent till three days later and the price had gone up by over £250 . By that time we had placed an order with a local company who also offered much quicker delivery .

Although the gentlemen were both lovely and friendly,I had to wait multiple times whilst the manager helped another sales assistant with, what became a complicated problem. I didn't mind at all the first time, but then it started to get a bit silly, considering how much money I was spending, it wasn't nice to be kept waiting 3 or 4 times. I also thought it was quite unprofessional that they weren't able to provide change to another customer they were both helping, as they're not provided with a float apparently.
