I had to wait a long time to place my order and also had to wait a long time to get any assistance. Once I did receive assistance it was good service, but had to wait a long time.

We were satisfied with our experience however the material we wanted for our bed was not available to see, we could only see pictures. Would of been good to see a sample of the material. Overall the experience was good, sales person Colin was knowledgable and gave us space to try, think and discuss our options.

Customer service was fantastic only down fall was some of the beds where not priced the same as they were on the Internet.

I couldn't put highly satisfied for all questions as have yet to sleep in the bed, if it performs as well as my last bed(sleepeeze), I shall be highly satisfied.

We choose the items we wanted and proceeded to pay in full .... It was only after we had payed that we were told that it would be a 4 week wait for the mattress that we picked.. Had we been made aware of that we would of picked another item..

The matching bes side tables were not in stock and no date could be given for when they would return. We were informed that if we ordered together we would have to wait for them to come in stock before the whole delivery was made. Other than that everything was excellent!

Incredibly loud sound turned on on the TV beds, 10 days was "too soon" to request delivery, and the sales assistant told me the delivery charge would include help up the stairs. However the order confirmation says doorstep drop only.

Never give anyone 100%.

The staff and service was very good, the store was warm and clean. I was satisfied with my visit, but to be highly satisfied it would have had to be an amazing experience, which it wasn't after shelling out in excess of £400!

We knew what we were interested in therefore we were perfectly content with what we did
