There is always room for improvement.

The choice of lower value mattresses was quite limited.

The prices are hugely inflated ... £59 for a basic single material headboard and £10 delivery when we live literally 3min away from the shop (I have fibromyalgia and can't carry it ...or I would have!)

A couple of the mattresses were very dirty

Would of liked more detail on how mattress was made etc ,bit confused on all the different offers ,and very expensive ,Sean was nice gave my kids a drink and my wife and myself as well . Would of liked more information

Experience was adequate, no problems.

The assistant was new and did not have a very good product knowledge. My wife and I found the choosing of our new bed confusing, partly due to assistants product knowledge and partly due to your ticketing of display items and descriptions being incorrect. In fact the display boards in some instances were bordering on trade description issues!

Could have been told that delivery is free on-line and had to pay £39 in store for delivery

The item Memphis bedroom furniture was not available to view in store, or in any other local Dreams store.

I didn't expect the price of the mattress to be as much as it was especially since there was a sale advertised
